Auf der Download-Seite für FF-Portable kann man unter dem Punkt "Languages" zum Thema Lokalisierung folgendes lesen: > 1. Install Firefox Portable to your portable device as outlined on the support page Soweit OK, FF-portable läuft perfekt. Aber hier bin ich unsicher: > 2. You'll find there German pages for all Apps and some localized Apps too.
At the moment there is no hint to the German Pages on portableapps.com

Ok, but....
german language ist not the only thing that is important to me. Also important is, having my favorite extensions/plugins in FF-portable, such as adblock plus, all-in-one-gestures, preferences toolbar and fireFTP.
And, sure - i would not really like if it would be necessary to re-install al those things
(because it would make necessary to re-lookup for all of them...)

I just did what ist mentioned in "how to copy your local settings..." in the support-area.
Up to now it works.
