What advantage does it have

What advantage does it have over the regular MinGW?
I use it portably for several years with absolutely no problems.

hmmm

Don't know if it's compressed, but autamatically sets the environment variables when needed and cleans them out later as i could read....

I would like to use it with Eclipse+CDT and it depends on the PATH variable as fas as i know... Would be better if i could set the path within eclipse....

MinGW Portable.rar!

I found it! Thanks to Google.

I might create a mirror tomorrow... anyone else wishing to do so, seems a good idea - they change everything so often (or so it seems)!

I think that I'll properly paf it some time soon, and make an installer too. I'll see how much spare time I get.

Well it doesnt work anymore

Well it doesnt work anymore Sad

This is the problem with hosting files on secondary sites, i think portableapps should force users to host on portableapps.com to prevent these kinds of problems

Not relevant any more

This isn't relevant any more; sar3th's version is what you should use.
