How can I install this 7-zip portable and other apps on a Sandisk U3 USB stick. I guess the set up file for a U3 application has a u3p extension... ( categories: )

Not Intended.
There apps are not intended for U3 really, but they are portable, so if you want, SmithTech made a very handy apps called "SmithTech's Shortcut Creator 4 U3", It can be found in the navigation at usb.smithtech.us, should be just what you're looking for, work like a charm, this sentence has WAY too many comma's.

Yeah, you don't hafta use U3 apps just because u have M$ U3

on my U3 stupid drive I trashed U3 from it and installed SmithTech's Autorun Utility for U3 on the CDFS partion and transformed the drive into a PortableApps smart drive. I suggest that u trash U3 since it is being phazed out just like the good ol VHSes at my video store.

As all of ya should know Micro$oft is the Evil Empire, and Windows (a.k.a. Winblows or Windoze) is their greatest general, so please make a difference and install Linux or FreeBSD on yer Windows comp.
