Simple Spreadsheet is a bare-bones spreadsheet app. It is intended for peeps that need a spreadsheet with pretty much no features. Check your SSSPortable.ini file as it will need changing. Besides that looks ok. I think there is another app out there called simple spreadsheet also, if I recall correctly its a web based spreadsheet.

Simple Spreadsheet is a web based spreadsheet program written in Javascript, HTML, CSS and PHP. It features formulas, charts, numeric formats, keyboard navigation, etc. Javascript is used for the default data format and for the macros and formulas.
Worth looking at in the future maybe?
