How to sync my Thunderbird from desktop PC?

Hi everyone, I want to sync my Thunderbird desktop PC with Thunderbird portable in a pen drive. How I fix it? I want to sync all in my device, e-mails, adress book, sent e-mails...

There are instructions on the TBP download page (or at least a link). Please look before asking something next time. John made a page for this, and you are far from being the first person to ask this.
