"The application failed to initialize properly - 0xc0000005" cann't start up on magic-pro magic twin system

help -
Portable thunderbird 1.0.7 beta or 1.5 and portable sunbird cann't start up on magic-pro magic twin system.
Error display - ""The application failed to initialize properly - 0xc0000005"
But portable filezilla, firefox, NVU, openoffice and the installer version of thunderbird did start up normally on magic twin system.
