KeePass Portable

See the screenshot. Right clicking the KP taskbar icon shows version 1.18 when I have version 1.21 running. This doesn't happen when using the official zip package.

I was looking through the Various Folders in Keypass and saw the language files, And was wondering if it would harm my Copy in any way (to reduce space on My memory Stick) if i deleted them!

I try to find step by step tutorial How to setup email - Auto-Type.
I use FireFox, KeePass 2.x email(yahoo for example) and i need step by step tutorial how to setup this.
Maybe is easy but i cant make it.
I dont understand how is able to make this software and cant make a simple example with something so often to use.

when taking the usb drive to different computer the drive letter frequently changes. I like to run some of the apps on the PA drive using KeePass to keep track of the passwords I've assigned. How on the command line do I get it to recognize the current drive letter of the PA USB drive?

For me it is not quite comprehensible way, why no portable version is available from KeePass 2.16. It may now be countered, that .NET Framework must be installed on the computer. And in addition, still presented the argument, that .NET-based apps will not work on most public PCs (net cafe, hotel business center, library, etc) as these PCs generally run Windows XP and do not have .NET installed.

I don't know if it just me...

I seem to be getting the "About KeePass" (beg?) screen pop up every once in a while. It happens when KeePass times out and auto-minimizes/locks the password database. It might be only once per day.

This behavior occurs since the upgrade to KeePass version 1.19.

I use KeePass Portable on different machines but am having a problem with using it on my IE8 browser at work.

Instead of pasting
user name
password

it pastes
ser name
password

It misses that first character of the user name every time.

Since my usernames often begin with the letter K I can type a K in the username field on the website and then Auto-Complete works fine. This never happens in Firefox or Chrome, only IE8. My work computer is an old Pentium 4 running Windows XP Pro SP3.

I don't know how to use KeePass.
I put a Master Password in, added a website, and re-opened my PortableApps platform but the browser doesn't seem to benefit from the password and everything on my USB drive is still unsecured.
I had hoped my whole USB drive would become inaccessible except by password.

I tried to use live chat but the gobbledegook was too much for me. All I got was a screenful of some kind of code. Maybe I need an IRC client, whatever that is, but I'm getting sick of trying stuff that leads me into yet more and more unresolvable questions.

This is a feature request for better integration of KeePass Portable ( http://portableapps.com/apps/utilities/keepass_portable ) and Texter Portable ( http://portableapps.com/node/11078 ) within Windows (systeminfo of Windows XP found below).

For no apparent reason, KeePass Portable 1.18 opened with all settings reverted to default (after I've used it successfully many times).

It's easy enough to open the primary database manually so I can use the app, but how can I restore the preference settings? Reinstalling KeePass doesn't help.
