1 Thing to fix:
I must say great job on this, but you missed something (I think...)
When you re-encode the audio with the checkbox "Use input file directory if possible" under "General Settings" it works well; It will put the files in the original dir, but the problem is though when you have it write .cue and .m3u files, it always writes them to X:\Documents\Music.
Not much of a problem but as a fellow programmer, I don't think it'd be to hard to fix that, eh?
Edit: Also I'd like to say thanks for making this portable, if you didn't I would have never found out about this great program (I installed the regular version after seeing how great it is portably)

Next time post this in the forums please. This is odd. It should update that drive letter. It was doing it for me. I'll look into it, thanks.
Edit: I don't have any problems with the drive letter in any scenario. Could you post this in the Other Apps forum with some more info and I'll look into it. Thanks.
