Mines-Perfect Portable 1.4 Released

This new addition to the PortableApps.com lineup is a classic hunt-for-mines style game with advanced features like multiple boards (Square, Triangle, Hexagon, 3-D, etc.), multiple difficulty levels, loading and saving of games and more. As always, it's packaged in PortableApps.com Format for easy integration with the PortableApps.com Suite. Get it from the Mines-Perfect Portable homepage.

Downloaded it yesterday, tried it in two PCs and it's cool!

If a packet hits a pocket on a socket on a port,
and the bus is interrupted as a very last resort,
and the address of the memory makes your floppy disk abort,
then the socket packet pocket has an error to report Biggrin

Cool!!! Most computers have minesweeper, but if it's not on the desktop, I can never find it, so not only do I know where this one is, but it's has great extra features!!!

One small thing though, Microsoft's Mine Sweeper has a cool sound as the timer counts up and a big explosion when you hit a mine. Is there a way to get those sounds on this?

There is sound support for it. If you check the Mines-Perfect page on SourceForge, there is a downloadable sound pack. I don't include it because it actually illegally includes copyrighted sounds from other places. But it will show you what sounds to put where.
