PortableApps is only nominated in 10 out of 12 categories. What a let down Sad

Right now...

If a packet hits a pocket on a socket on a port,
and the bus is interrupted as a very last resort,
and the address of the memory makes your floppy disk abort,
then the socket packet pocket has an error to report Biggrin

Today I found this link leading to a comparison of PortableApps.com and thinstall regarding the question that Thinstall got bought by VmWare and we might be next. But it would be a shame! wouldnt it?

You need to be able to successfully login to SourceForge.net before you do anything else. Login and be able to browser around SF with your login name showing in the upper right with a logout link near it. Once you're at that point, then go to the voting page.

If you can't get to the point where you see you're logged in, you'll need to contact SF or setup a new account.

Sometimes, the impossible can become possible, if you're awesome!

Oh DRAT! I've only registered today at PortableApps.com. Went to SourceForge to vote, and it's all over.

Well, maybe next time. Hope you guys won't be discouraged about not winning anything - Winners like OpenOffice are TITANS!

I may be new but I can appreciate what PA has achieved and is continuing to do. Things like having your e-mail app, calendar etc ON A TINY USB DRIVE ... Now THAT is fascinating!

5 of the 12 winners are available here Smile
