PNotes Portable 4.5 has been released. PNotes Portable is an easy to use sticky notes manager with skins, flexible display options and a built-in scheduler packaged as a portable app so you can take your numbers, appointments, todo lists and more with you. This release updates the included PNotes to the latest release and has improved multilingual support with a multilingual installer. It's packaged in PortableApps.com Format so it can easily integrate with the PortableApps.com Suite. And it's open source and completely free.
