logoIObit Unlocker Portable 1.1.2 has been released. IObit Unlocker is a tool to determine what application or process has a given file locked so it can't be deleted or moved and, if desired, unlock that file. It's packaged in PortableApps.com Format so it can easily integrate with the PortableApps.com Platform. It's freeware for personal and business use.

IObit Unlocker is packaged for portable use with permission from IObit

Update automatically or install from the portable app store in the PortableApps.com Platform.

Features

ScreenshotOften when we try to delete a file or folder in Windows, we see annoying messages such as "Cannot delete file: Access is denied;" "Cannot delete folder: It is being used by another person or program" "There has been a sharing violation;" "The source or destination file may be in use;" "The file is in use by another program or user;" "Make sure the disk is not full or write-protected and that the file is not currently in use;" or "Cannot read from the source file or disk." This is usually because the file or folder is in use by another program or user. IObit Unlocker is designed for such situations. It releases the file or folder that's in use by other programs and allows you to quickly remove or modify it.
