1.53 Development Test 3 (2012-08-25): Using PAL:(Last)PortableAppsBaseDir instead of PAL:(Last)Drive.
1.53 Development Test 3 (2012-07-23): Using PAL 2.2. Will preserve copied DirectX DLLs on install if reinstalling/upgrading on a PC without them.

Tested

The root help file is a 0kb file = it contain no data inside.

I try "Snes9x Portable 1.53 Development Test 1", inside RamDrive R: and transfered to SSD 30Gig drive D:, no problem found and no "Snes9x Portable 1.53 Development Test 1" file left on drive c:.

P.S. the file "stdout.txt" and "stderr.txt", is in ".\\app\\Snes9x\\" is this mormal, or it must be inside ".\\Data\\" folder ?

The help file is a dummy

The help file is a dummy file. Those text files would be better off deleted as opposed to being moved to data though. I'll consider adding that.

They sound like log files, you can probably have the launcher delete them.

I updated but it seems if I

I updated but it seems if I mess with them via the move function, the emulator freezes on run of a ROM. So I'm just ignoring them for now.
