The OP is right and this is a request from 2007 and it's now 2015. Work something out between AVM Software and you guys. The convenience of having the worlds no. 1 chat application (paltalk.com) have a Portable Edition for everyone would ultimately mean more users signed on to their network and yours to get the app could be a good partnership.

Whether a volunteer developer takes something on usually depends on whether they have interest. I checked the site and there's about 146,000 people that are using it, so it does have some userbase, but likely no overlap with our volunteer developers. I'd never heard of it myself.
If the developer is interested, we can give them free assistance.

Is closed sourced application. They do have a web based version however that works on any broswer so in fact does become portable.
