Static compiling on linux?
Any idea how to compile programs statically (uses static libraries instead of dynamic) on Linux if they use a ./configure script?
Thanks!

Have you tried this? I wanted to but, I cannot find DeviceEmulator050419.msi. Everything was going ok until I entered the Microsoft Website. Im pretty sure the Website would not fit onto the world map on my wall.
Just to let y'all know (oh no, I'm starting to sound like a Yank! :P), my username has been renamed from rmccue to Ryan McCue.
Thanks John!
Hi, do you know any good (free as well) server side download manager?. An example coming to mind is the infamous Netopsystem's Get(r)
Its just I am stuck with a load of file transfers and would rather not use the ones built in with browsers.
Thanks

Now, before you start going off about how "Ryan's discussing how John hasn't send him an email yet", that's not what this is about.
Anyway, I'd like to know, how many normal emails do you get a day and how many spam emails?
Oh and while we're on the topic, John, can you please send me an email? Please? Please? Please? I'll give you money */me looks at John with puppy dog eyes*
I'm sure alot of you know that DiscTree is used for the Ubuntu CD, The Open CD, and maybe some others. I discovered this is a program used for creating CD menus in HTML. I searched for it, and all I found was a blank SourceForge page. Why? :(...
This would have been sweet. What happened to it? Is it not free? Some other reason? But where'd it go? And is there somewhere else I can get it.
