Best FF 2.0 theme?

Submitted by twnty3svn on January 8, 2007 - 3:00am

I'm not sure about the rest of you, but I have been reluctant to upgrade to FFP 2.0 soley because I cannot find a good looking theme. I'm currenly using SaFire and unfortunetly the theme has not been update to 2.0 and I cannot find another theme that I like.

I've looked at all the themes of Mozilla, and still no luck. Anyone have any suggestions?

Wireless Network : No File Upload

Submitted by PowerJay on December 21, 2006 - 9:50pm

Hi,
I'm having problems with my wireless network. I must say, i didn't set it up, so i don't know all the details about it. Well, maybe you can help me anyway.
It doesn't matter if I use Firefox Portable oder the IE on my laptop, I just can't upload files to the internet or write emails for example. Often it's impossible to post on forums, I kinda wonder why I can post on portableapps.com
When I try to upload files (for example fotocommunity.com) the browsers are loading for some seconds, but then the message appears "Site couldn't be loaded".
I also have a stationary computer, there everything just works fine. It's directly hooked up to the router.

Any suggestions for a nice high-end laptop? I'm looking to spend more than most, but I don't want to pay a boatload of money for an okay or just good laptop. I want a powerful machine. It must have very little trouble running Linux (though I do not plan to run Linux alone on it). I've heard that Dell uses cheap parts. Dunno if it's true. Oh, and I hate Macs. They are worthless pieces of crap except for a few specific things that they can supposedly (I don't mean this sarcastically; I just don't know if it's true or not) do better. I will not have the money in time for the price slashes that happen around this time of year Sad , so don't point me at anything specific unless you know the price won't change in a month. Also, I do not mind something heavy.

Autoplay

Submitted by n00dle on December 19, 2006 - 2:09pm

I noticed that u3 runs as a cd drive and windows autorun does everything from there. However I also noticed that Autoplay does not run. I have modded the install to use my own .iso and can make it emulate the cd drive and autorun any program I want. But I cannot figure out how to turn off the autoplay option.

Yes I know how to "take no action" and disable autoplay on my computer but I want to disable it on every computer it is inserted. Like U3.

clarification of terms used:
Autorun - for cd's
Autoplay - the application used to choose what you want the drive to do

Thank you t

Hi guys...
Im new to this forum and was hoping someone could help me.

Ive strated an Internet Cafe in Cape Town and am looking for a software solution to run the Internet cafe.

1. It must be cheap
2. It must monitor bandwidth and downloads (on laptops and Desktops)
3. It must (preferebly) monitor printing.

If anyone can help me with a software solution, or combined software solution package...I would really appreciate it.

Thanks in advance

Rassie.

P.S.

NO Pirate software please.
