The SourceForge issue preventing Google Chrome Portable 13.0.782.109 Beta from being downloaded or updated has been resolved. Sorry for any inconvenience.
Beta or Stable?
Google Chrome Portable 13.0.782.107 was presented as "Stable."
I would guess that either 13.0.782.109 is actually Stable, or .107 was actually Beta.
Nope

13 is stable. 14 is in dev and not a beta yet. We push stable out to beta users just as local Chrome does normally at this stage. This is a beta test of an upcoming stable update it would seem.
