Mozilla Thunderbird, Portable Edition Legacy 3.1.15 (email client) Released

Thunderbird logoMozilla Thunderbird, Portable Edition 3.1.15 Legacy has been released. It's the latest Mozilla Thunderbird email client from the older 3.1.x branch bundled with a launcher as a portable app. It is primarily intended for extension testers. All users are encouraged to upgrade to the current Mozilla Thunderbird, Portable Edition 7.0 release. This release will install alongside a current Thunderbird Portable install in a ThunderbirdPortableLegacy31 directory by default, though it can also be used to upgrade an existing installation. It's packaged in Format so it can easily integrate with the Platform. And it's open source and completely free.

Mozilla Thunderbird, Portable Edition is packaged in a Installer so it will automatically detect an existing installation when your drive is plugged in. It supports upgrades by installing right over an existing copy, preserving all your email and settings.
