size of Adobe Acrobat
sorry to be a nit-picker / pedant, but in the features Foxit is described as "Incredibly small: The download size of Foxit Reader is just a fraction of Acrobat Reader 20 M size."
These day Acrobat Reader is about 50M in size (vs Foxit Reader Portable 12M)
Cannot install this update
Cannot install this update via PA Platform. It shows this update, I click Next, a message "Your portable apps have been updated and are available in the PortableApps.com Menu" appears instantly. No installation happens. When I restart PortableApps platform, same thing happens.
Keyboard Friendly?
Do you have it in keyboard friendly navigation mode? If so, you need to manually highlight each update you want to apply. We can't highlight them all by default like we do with the checkboxes. Remember, the keyboard friendly mode is primarily intended for scree readers as they are not compatible with checkboxes embedded in listboxes due to the way Windows handles the controls.
Indeed. I thought this option
Indeed. I thought this option was only to allow menu navigation using keyboard.
Updater / App Store
As indicated in the description, it's "Keyboard-Friendly Selections in Updater and App Directory". Without it, the keyboard can't select/unselect options. But, with it, you need to use specific navigation techniques to use and we can't (yet, anyway) pre-select anything. Essentially, it's a workaround designed for screen-readers only.
