BabelMap allows you to browse through the entire Unicode character repertoire of over 110,000 characters, or search for a particular character by name or by code point. Characters can then be copied to the clipboard for use in any Unicode-aware application. It's packaged in PortableApps.com Format so it can easily integrate with the PortableApps.com Platform. BabelMap is freeware for business and personal use.

The last line in Features, both here and on the app page, should be updated to reflect that it is using v. 6.2 of the Unicode standard, released in September.
