PortableApps.com Installer / PortableApps.com Format

CamStudio Portable is packaged in a PortableApps.com Installer so it will automatically detect an existing PortableApps.com installation when your drive is plugged in. It supports upgrades by installing right over an existing copy, preserving all settings. And it's in PortableApps.com Format, so it automatically works with the PortableApps.com Platform including the Menu and Backup Utility.

Comments

Under the download button appears a description, that this version is available in "English+German". But indeed this version is only available in English.

Guess the publisher nixed it in the update.

Sometimes, the impossible can become possible, if you're awesome!

Only the possible inclusion of the support for the German language is no justification for such a description. As long as the program actually not supports the German language, an appropriate description should be removed (as is now done by John). More informations regarding this translation issue you can find in the CamStudio Support Forum.

It's there, but it doesn't appear to work anymore. I think it used to about a year ago which is when we added the description in.

This translation issue is already known since a longer time. If you look in the article, which I've offered about the link above, you will detect, that already in october 2010 this problem was mentioned in the CamStudio Support Forum.
