µTorrent Portable 3.3.2.30260 Rev 2 has been released by PortableApps.com. µTorrent is the world's most popular BitTorrent client. Most of the features present in other BitTorrent clients are present in µTorrent, including bandwidth prioritization, scheduling, RSS auto-downloading and Mainline DHT (compatible with BitComet). This release fixes an issue with fresh installs setting to start with Windows by default. Note that uTorrent no longer supports relative paths internally, so will require manual adjustment if you switch paths relative to the drive root. It's packaged as a portable app so you download on the go and it's in PortableApps.com Format so it can easily integrate with the PortableApps.com Platform. It's released as freeware for personal and business use.

Install Fix
I know this has been fixed in the latest version of uTorrent, but I was checking around my control panel and I discovered uTorrent had been installed. I had deleted uTorrent a few weeks ago and was not aware of it installing itself. I don't have admin privileges on my computer, and it says I need the privileges to uninstall it. Is there a way to uninstall it?

This was an older bug in uTorrent itself. It gets more fiddly with every release. Unfortunately, users don't have access to regedit. I whipped up a quick removal utility that might do the trick, though. Just download and run it. Let me know if it works.
Personally, I switched to qBittorrent.
