logoNSIS Portable 2.46.5 Rev 3 (Unicode) has been released. NSIS (Nullsoft Scriptable Install System) Portable is a professional open source system to create standard Windows installers (as well as our launchers) packaged as a portable app so you can create installers and launchers anywhere. This release updates the networking and file process components. NSIS Portable ANSI 2.46 Rev 3 is also available and has the same updates. It's packaged in PortableApps.com Format so it can easily integrate with the PortableApps.com Platform. And it's open source and completely free.

Developers should begin using this in conjunction with the PA.c Launcher for all releases going forward to ensure proper detection of 64-bit processes.

And for the ANSI version:

The "/NSIS Portable/NSIS ..ev_3_English.paf.exe" file could not be found or is not available. Please select another file.

(note the space in NSIS[space]..ev)
