The PortableApps.com Installer allows you to quickly package your portable apps in an easy-to-use installer without having to write or compile any code. This release updates to the latest NSIS version, fixes an issue with the header image when packaging apps that use the ExtractIcon feature, and adds a new custom header image for plugin installers. The PortableApps.com Format Specification and installer are available for outside developers to use and can be used freely with free open source and freeware applications. Commercial use is available by contacting PortableApps.com.

3.4.6 Unreleased
We skipped version 3.4.6. A package of 3.4.6 was posted to SourceForge but not pushed out via the updater or announced. There was a packaging error within found before being officially released but as it had been available for download for more than 24 hours, I decided to up the version number to ensure no one mixed up the bad package for the actual release.
