That's it, I tried three times to download the Spanish (International) release but it redirect "SF submit create a project".
I inadvertently messed up the links when I removed the SourceForge download buttons from the localization page. I've fixed it and confirmed it's working. Sorry for the issue. Platform users were unaffected.
10 minutes after - was downloaed the Localization - Spanish International Version.
