RedNotebook Portable 2.3 has been released. RedNotebook is a modern journal. It includes a calendar navigation, customizable templates, export functionality and word clouds. You can also format, tag and search your entries. This release updates RedNotebook to the latest version. It's packaged in PortableApps.com Format so it can easily integrate with the PortableApps.com Platform. And it's open source and completely free.

Update automatically or install from the portable app store in the PortableApps.com Platform.

It's worth noting that the word cloud appears broken in Windows builds as of 2.x. I was unable to get it working on Windows 7 or 10 when installed locally or used portably.

The word cloud had to be removed from RedNotebook 2.x on Windows, since the underlying browser engine doesn't support Windows anymore.

The file is named "RedNotebookPortable_2.3.paf.exe" on SourceForge but the Updater is looking for "RedNotebookPortable_2.3.0.paf.exe". MD5 is the same.
