UI text is broken
I am working on a Traditional Chinese Windows, but the app "smartly" applied Simplified Chinese for the UI, and anyway I am seeing broken UI context. In fact, I only want to use English, but no where for me to do this config.
I don't know why PortableApps always assume Chinese is "Simplified" and always try to auto apply, however, Taiwan, Hongkong and Macau are using Tradition Chinese. despite political issues, there is a serious encoding issue.
