Could you check the RSS?
I'm using QuiteRSS, and this ones weren't "detected", I got noticed about Gimp because the Automatic Update feature from the platform:
GIMP Portable 2.10.18-2
OpenTTD Portable 1.10.0
Mozilla Firefox ESR, Portable Edition 68.6.1
Mozilla Firefox, Portable Edition 74.0.1
fre:ac Portable 1.1

I've deleted the Portableapp's RSS entry in the software, and add it back, but always, the last news detected: Telegram Desktop Portable 2.0.1.
BTW: QuiteRSS, its inner web-browser shows me a warn about SSL certificate for the website =:V

There was a configuration issue with our new Let's Encrypt certificate preventing the proper intermediate certificates from being sent. Most things make allowances but things like wget on the server don't, so it was failing to cache the RSS feed and let Feedburner grab it. It's working now. Sorry for the inconvenience.
