LibreOffice Running Slow
I installed LibreOfficePortable 6.4.4 Multilingual Standard through the PortableApps platform selecting English language only.
Everything is on default settings. LibreOffice Writer runs very slow and CPU jumps up to 50%. Opening ODT documents, scrolling, highlighting text, right-clicking is all too slow.
I have a fairly fast 7th gen i5 laptop with SSD and discrete Nvidia graphics (on default settings). I have not done anything different with fonts, just using couple of the common fonts that come with windows (calibri, arial, times new roman).
Is it normal for LibreOffice to run slowly? I have not had any issues using WordPad.
Thanks
