Build Issue
If you downloaded 78.5.1 prior to this announcement, please download it again. There was a build issue before release. The official 78.5.1 release has a PackageVersion of 78.5.1.1 in appinfo.ini. The file version when you hover over the installer in Explorer is the same.

Workaround I've used: substitute the localized filename for the one in the English version main link.
