I have used V4.4 for a number of years without problems, but after the upgrade to V4.5 the desktop randomly switches for no obvious reason every few seconds. I have downgraded to 4.4 and all is well again.
I do not know if this is a portable apps packaging problem or a fundamental problem with V4.5.
Windows 10 Enterprise, 20H2, Build 19042.867.
I report here as there does not seem to be another place.

The desktop changes, which cycle through the desktops are caused by the inclusion of the Autoswitch module, which does just that.
It can be disable in the settings dialogue.
Personally I'd prefer it not be included as I expect it will confuse any new user.
