The previous release was misnumbered as version 1.31.1 when it should have been 1.13.1. The version is now correct with this release and the PackageVersion has been adjusted to ensure automatic updates via the platform work as expected.

This release also decreases the install size by sharing files between the two included versions to save about 77MB.

Sometimes, the impossible can become possible, if you're awesome!
