Why not going all the way with ClamAV Antivirus Native Windows instead of combining it with ClamWin which wasn't updated in years?
BTW, you might want to fix the ClamWin's URL in that page to https.
GUI
ClamAV is a command line tool. There is a ClamAV GUI for Windows but it has not been updated in 13 years. ClamWin is a decent GUI. It uses the same ClamAV Windows binaries as I do. So this is just a more up to date ClamWin.
