Corrupted installer?
Unable to install. Error decompressing data.
Updated Build
The original US English build was corrupted. I've replaced it with the proper one. The rebuilt version has an SHA256 of e87366ff34f5b2cf8e453a7e5dc50418be96086e099697c0a6a6c5352202b077 and will not have the same error. It may take a few minutes to hit all the servers.

Already Did
I did at the same time I posted the above. It's possible your mirror is still pushing the outdated one. I deleted and reuploaded it to the main server to hopefully kick it. You may also wish to clear your IE cache as well. You can click Start and search for Internet Options to do so.

Up until an hour ago, the old version was still being pushed, so I manually downloaded and reinstalled the full package and now everything is working perfectly.
