It supports upgrades by installing right over an existing copy, preserving all settings. And it's in PortableApps.com Format, so it automatically works with the PortableApps.com Platform including the Menu and Backup Utility.

I'm getting a 404 error when trying to download the "Capture2TextPortable_4.6.3_English.paf.exe" file.

The correct link ends with "Capture2TextPortable_4.6.3.paf.exe" and not "Capture2TextPortable_4.6.3_English.paf.exe". Just erase the final "_English" part and it should work.
John T. Haller will soon correct this.

The link is fixed. Sorry, I'd only tested it from the PA.c Platform.
