fcpyPortable is a launcher that helps you run FastCopy portably. FastCopy is a fast copy and delete utility. It supports UNICODE and over MAX_PATH (260 characters) file pathnames. It automatically selects different methods according to whether Source and DestDir are in the same or different HDD. Because Reading/Writing are processed with no OS cache at all, other applications don't easily become slow. It can achieve Reading/Writing performance that is close to device limit. Include/Exclude Filter (UNIX Wildcard style) can be specified. It runs fast and does not hog resources, because MFC is not used. (Designed using Win32 API and C Runtime only). Both the 32-bit and 64-bit versions are included and the correct one automatically used for your current PC.
PortableApps.com Installer / PortableApps.com Format
fcpyPortable is packaged in a PortableApps.com Installer so it will automatically detect an existing PortableApps.com installation when your drive is plugged in. It supports upgrades by installing right over an existing copy, preserving all settings. And it's in PortableApps.com Format, so it automatically works with the PortableApps.com Platform including the Menu and Backup Utility.

There are two types of log
There are two types of log files: (1) the "Error Log" (FastCopy.log), which is properly saved in X:\PortableApps\fcpyPortable\Data\, and (2) the "File Log" (Log\DATE.log), which are saved in X:\PortableApps\fcpyPortable\App\FastCopy\Log\, and they are not properly moved to X:\PortableApps\fcpyPortable\Data\ after closing FastCopy portable, and much worse is that they are deleted when FastCopy portable is updated using PortableApps.com updater, because it will overwrite everything in X:\PortableApps\fcpyPortable\App\FastCopy.
So could you please fix this? Many thanks.

Thanks a lot for the quick fix. Before I upgrade to 5.9.0 Rev 2 using PortableApps.com's updater, do I need to backup the log folder X:\PortableApps\fcpyPortable\App\FastCopy\Log\ to avoid it being removed/overwritten during this update? Or will the updater first make a backup by moving this log folder to X:\PortableApps\fcpyPortable\Data\ and then perform the upgrade?
