Drops 32-bit Support, Legacy Package Available
GIMP 3.2.2 drops support for 32-bit Windows and support for 32-bit plugins. When upgrading on Windows 10 32-bit, a GIMPPortableLegacy32bit package will be created alongside and your plugins and settings copied in.
