PortableApps.com Format 3.6 Update: .Net Framework/Core, 83 languages, and more

PortableApps.com Format, the world's most popular portable software format, has been updated to 3.6.0. This new release adds support for all .Net Framework, .Net Core, and .Net versions as introduced in PortableApps.com Platform 21.0 as well as our updated set of 83 supported languages. We've also released PortableApps.com Installer 3.6.0 and NSIS Portable 3.08.0.3 with full support for the same 83 languages. We'll be adding additional languages to the PortableApps.com Platform's current set of 77 over the coming weeks as well.
