Drops Win 7/8, Legacy Build, Resynthesizer Plugin, Offline Help
The 3.0 release of GIMP has dropped support for Windows 7 and 8. When upgraded on those versions, a GIMPPortableLegacyWin7 package will be created alongside your main instance with your settings and plugins copied over.
