I've used this WONDERFUL Platform since 2015 & even in its' present lamentable state would recommend it for any Journalist who's reasonably adept with Tech. The "Lamentable State" being the endless "payment nags" should one click an icon to customize a Channel or Group, for instance. In that any Messenger Platform MUST use bandwidth to function, all to often this is underwritten in the form of Adverts or Annoyances.
Telegram will remove this if a user Pays -- of the countless "pay to use" Platforms, Telegram is 1/5th what others cost.
I would like to pay (It's under $40 a year FFS) but HOW? I cannot use a Debit card from a Fascist Regime without exposing my identity & financial information -- I am not concerned about Telegram, but have genuine FEARS that the Government of Fascist Regime definitely does track all financial transactions.
I have no desire whatsoever to monetize anything, I simply want to remove the nags, I am certain the small sum will do this
By what means do I perform this transaction -- Ideally, is there like an "Amazon Card" or Google Play Points piece of plastic I can purchase anonymously for hard currency which will meet this end?
