Beta Testing

I'm testing a new PA.c Launcher build of Google Chrome Portable to test out how well it handles switching over. This build installs to its own directory and won't be updated to the official release later, so it's just for testing.

It removes the no longer functional password handling, adds the fix for history not being saved mentioned in the other threads, separates extensions from the locally installed ones (including system level extensions when run as admin), has an improved default window state, and supports portablizing up to 10 profiles.

I was wondering if anyone cared enough of the upcoming Pidgin version to make a build. It would be safer to test in portable mode anyway.
