MediaMonkey Like

MediaMonkey is an all in one music ripper converter and organizer. Visit mediamonkey.com for more detail.

I know this is not open source but haven't been able to find a similar open source version. If someone could find an open source that would work I would gladly work with someone to do this.

I have been lurking here for a while and understand the basics of converting to portable and would really like to learn more thanks.

I just discovered the ArtWeaver application (thanks to solanus), and I was wondering if somebody would be willing to create a PortableApps version of it. I guess this is the closest a freeware graphical design software can be of Adobe Photoshop.

I looked at the license, and it unfortunately doesn't seem to be GPLv2/3 licensed, only freeware :(.

Any hope in getting this software up in the PortableApps library oneday ?

Portable Stepmania (DDR With a keyboard)

Ok, You can find the program on "http://www.Stepmania.com" and it is without a doubt addicting, it does support dance pads, but you can use the keyboard.

The songs, note skins, and skins for the program can all be downloaded from the actual website, or from other sites, I have tried tons of sites, and never gotten a virus.

Ant Movie Catalog is a free (really free, i.e. the source code is available) program made to manage your collection of movies DVD, CD (VideoCD, DivX, ...) and tapes.

If you use GNU/Linux rather than Windows, you can try to use WinE to get this program running; some people notified me that this was working. You can also check Moviefly, which is a complete rewrite of Ant Movie Catalog made with Python.
