SoftAP is an abbreviated term for "software enabled access point." This is software enabling a computer which hasn't been specifically made to be a router into a wireless access point. It is often used interchangeably with the term "virtual router".

I am looking for the portable SoftAP, as my pc account do not have administrator privilege i am not able to install the SoftAP. Please help

I find Previsat is not available as portableapps. Althought it is a cool soft, available on sourceforge, then I assume open source and maybe a good candidate for portableapps.com

It would be great to have OneNote portable. MS has released the app free, is it enough to make it portable?

There is another OS code editor available under the MIT license. It is called Brackets (brackets.io). It's a project backed by Adobe. I'm no coder so if anyone is interested in adopting this project, have at it.
