Hi,
Oxygen, Xenon Icon Theme Installer The Oxygen Project
Description: The Oxygen icon theme for the Xenon portable file manager is a simple, modern and sharp theme which consists of icons from the Oxygen Icon Project. These icons are the default in KDE4. I've posted this icon theme before, but this set contains updated icons and an installer which makes the installation a lot easier.
Hello guys,
after a long period with less spare time (there's a new job and a lot of bureaucracy that will be done) I found some hours for our hobby.
I'm very happy there are so many members like wk (with many innovative ideas) or Jimmy Neutron (who's sending fresh parts of his new big tutorial faster than I can revision them) and all the other people who presents their new themes. It's moving on, there's a fresh smell in the air.
Hi!
First of all, I'd like to thanks John T. Haller for the PortableApps Platform, and the NSIS Script availables.
Yesterday, I have publicly released a French website for VirtualDub. Within other resources, a French Portable version is available too.
The website is: [self promotional link removed by moderator JTH]
I have more or less reused the existing scripts, modifying them slightly.
The most notable differences are located in the PortableApps.comInstallerConfig.nsh file.
I have added the following strings in the dedicated areas:
I want to include Gargoyle on my USB apps menu. It is a frontend for various text adventure engines. Its executable must be in the same directory as the engines which are also executables so they all show up in my menu. I've tried making the engines hidden files but they still show up. I also tried moving the whole directory and putting a shortcut to the frontend in a directory the menu would see. However the menu doesn't search for shortcuts. How can I get the gargoyle frontend in my menu and none of the engines?

Increasingly, devs are using .tells in IRC for important stuff. Please refrain as tells and other non-live IRC messaging are NOT reliable. This stuff belongs in the forums. Especially when there's already a topic for it. The user may not be in again for days. When they are pabot may not be online. Or pambot. Or whichever other bot. And you may accidentally close a window and if you have logging off (default in Pidgin) *poof* your important message is gone.
So, please use the forums for real messages. If you need to reach someone specific, email.
If an application is already portable (GreatNews) and running on a thumb drive, how hard or easy is it to get a single icon or link on the PortableApps Menu. I created a directory below PortableApps called "GN Portable" and moved the entire GreatNews tree into that folder. Three (3) new links appeared, I assume because, there are three (3) EXE files in the base folder of Great News.
Can I hide the other two? or is there another way?

I've installed KDE4 on Windows, and Kmahjongg works great. It's one of the best mahjongg solitaire games IMO. My question is this: How do I find out Kmahjongg's dependencies (what files, libraries, etc. it depends on to function, etc.)? I'm completely new to programming and such, but I'd really like to make this program portable. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
How do you make a launcher that saves registries as well as a .zic file?
The launcher is for a program called ZipInstaller from Nirsoft.
If anyone wants to help that would be greatly appreciated.
