Portable App Development

When switching from PAF 3.0 to 3.2 I noticed it changed the version in the appinfo.ini too. Now from 3.2/3.3 to 3.4 it won't change it. But it works from 3.0 to 3.4. It's because of line 482 in the InstallerWizard.nsi. I think the installer should always keep the PAF version accordingly to the one it's packaged with. Can we change it to $1 <="3.0" or just adding the missing versions.

I have situation now that I bought new computer and I need to make fresh Win 7 install. Cubic explorer should have option to save all settings to one file. Then it would be easy to import old settings back after fresh install.

While reviewing the setup of DownloadURL2 in the PA.c Format document, I noted we had added DownloadKnockURL a couple revisions ago. I'm unsure what this would be used for, can someone expand on how this entry is supposed to be used?

Love this software. Its simplified my life like no other. Brilliant, minimalist, elegant design. Superb flexibility.

Two long term things that interest me....

(1) Whether the HEIGHT of the menu could be made adjustable so I can see more easily without scrolling all my favorites & category folders.

(2) Possibly CASCADING MENU system so that, for instance, under the category "tools" I can have sub-categories for "disk", "setup", "uninstall" etc.

I have in my pen a portable Lyx, version 2.2.1 THE LAST ONE.
I want to share it with all of you, but don't know the way to upload it.
You can test it before sharing with the people (I want to test it in more computers to ensure that works: Windows XP, Windows 7, Windows 10...).

Tell me the way and you can enjoy with lyx.
It's a very huge compressed file, more than 1 Gb with miktex portable and Jabref too.

Does FileWriteN function properly holds files without extension? Or maybe I'm missing something else?

Now I am trying to get working language handling with no success yet.

I'm having a hard time understanding XPaths. Would someone mind helping me understand it?
