Thanks

Thanks for keeping consistent with updates while away.

Also, wasn't that always the ClamAV logo? Happen to know why ClamWin is using it now?

not quite the same

No ClamAV logo is quite different - check http://www.clamav.net
The new clamwin logo has been chosen as a winner at logo contest held in February 2006. It just took a while to get into the software and the website.

Oh

You're right. I know I've seen it somewhere before. Thanks for clarifying.

I had hoped to do some more

I had hoped to do some more testing on the home machine for the pre-release but thought I would have a little more time. There was a question about the results on the work machine I wanted to investigate but I guess it's too late now. Hopefully it was irrelevant.

on-access real-time scanner

Too bad it does not include an on-access real-time scanner. It would be really great. Smiling

Thanks John

I only found one minor thing:

There is an error in the Installer. Line 233 is
Delete "$INSTDIR\App\Other\Source\Installer.nsi"
and it should be
Delete "$INSTDIR\Other\Source\Installer.nsi"

This results in an undeleted installer.nsi in the Source folder.

Hmmmm ....

Not sure that I understand this error. Does this mean that the installer will leave files on the host machine?

No, it means when updating

No, it means when updating from an older, outdated version of ClamWin Portable, by doing and in-place upgrade/install, the old installer file will be left behind.

antivirus block the program during instalation

Bitdefender has block the virus, Generic.Malware.G!g.209A00AC.
