Support False Positives - Some false positive reports occasionally pop up in different antivirus products in conjunction with portable apps. This is partially due to the compression and portablization techniques used and partially due to a failure of some antivirus companies to fully test their virus definition updates before sending them out to users. If you encounter a false positive, please test the file in another antivirus product before reporting the issue to us in the forums to ensure that it's not an error in their software. Several companies make available online scanners for individual files, so you won't even have to install software (virustotal.com, Jotti). You can also use ClamWin Portable. Thanks for your help.If you're having an issue with a portable app, support is just a click away. In addition to excellent online documentation, there is an active community of portable apps users and developers ready to answer many of your questions. Supported ApplicationsThe portable applications hosted at PortableApps.com all have support pages that answer common questions and support forums where questions are answered by other users and the application developers. For help with the Portable Apps Suite itself, visit the Portable Apps Suite Support page.

There is a general applications support page as well as a forum for other applications where you can post questions for other apps.
