It's packaged in PortableApps.com Format so it can easily integrate with the PortableApps.com Suite. And it's open source and completely free.

Wow, a third IM application :) I hope there won't be any trademark issues with this sorftware as not long ago some dev was forced to stop using MSN brand name in a piece of other software.
