I've tried a few times to get this update via the 2.0 suite updater and it fails every time.
It looks like it does two downloads then gives me an error message. It says, "The downloaded copy of uTorrent Portable is not valid and can not be installed. This could be due to an incomplete download or other network issue. Please try running the updater again when complete."

The updater database didn't have the file listed properly. It should be working now. Sorry for the trouble.

I am having this same issue now. I am getting the above message and then the following, "The installer was unable to download uTorrent. The installation of the portable app will be incomplete without it. Please try installing again. (ERROR: OK)"
I actually don't even use uTorrent, but maybe others do. Perhaps it's a result of changes from earlier this week? (https://portableapps.com/node/29193)
New Installer Only
You should use the current installer, not this old outdated one from over a year ago. 2.0.3 is very old and no longer supported. And in an app like uTorrent, that's a very bad thing.
Using Installer 3.0 Build 25683
I believe I am using the latest installer. It is possible my school's firewall is blocking the online installer. I'm not sure what the url is it's trying to hit. I tried to use WiresharkPortable but without admin rights I don't think I can get it working.
