Beta 10 was decent, Beta 11 was amazing, but Beta 12 is crap!! They changed something with the rendering in Beta 11, that made it super fast and smooth!! Then they changed something again, and completely ruined Beta 12. Not only is not as fast and now downright sluggish when scrolling sometimes, it's sluggish all the time when scrolling through extensions, and espn.com is flat out crashing, to the point where I can't even go to the site anymore. I had no problem with Beta 11 and espn. It seems Beta 12 is using more CPU or something, cause my fan is going crazy at times and it's just terribly slow. Beta 11 was perfect!! It was so fast and responsive, but they have really dropped the ball with Beta 12. I can't be the only one experiencing this, right? I thought maybe it was a Flash issue, so I got the newest version, and it's still doing it! I hope they go back to Beta 11's rendering code for future versions and definitely in time for the Final version. Thanks for posting this, so I can go back to Beta 11 easier. Please post a setup file for Beta 11 if possible. Thanks again!!

Update: I stand by what I said about Beta 10 and Beta 11 rendering faster than Beta 12, but I think I have solved my Flash crashing problems by going back to version 11.2.202.235. Everyone should stay away from Flash 11.3!! This new protected mode is causing crashes. Yes, even with the newest version (11.3.300.265) that is supposed to fix the crashes. 11.2 seems to be running great so far!! Sorry, Mozilla. I may have been too harsh on you. Way to screw everything up, Adobe!!

Beta 11 was never released due to bugs. Not sure what will become of Beta 12. The current official release is still Beta 10.

Sometimes, the impossible can become possible, if you're awesome!

I think I figured out what it is. It seems like Firefox 14 Beta 10 just scrolls a lot faster and smoother. Everything just seems so fluid, responsive, and perfect. Beta 12 is a lot slower when scrolling, so they must've changed something having to do with smooth scrolling. Beta 12 is so sluggish and jerky when scrolling. It's very apparent when you open the Add-ons Manager and see how slowly it scrolls. Beta 10 and Beta 12 are worlds apart! It's like night and day! I also had frequent crashes going to sites like nba.com and espn.com with Beta 12 and Flash 11.3. I am sticking with Beta 10 for now and Flash 11.2
